How YINAI HEADBAND is made

It took a tremendous amount of time and money to create the ideal headband we were after. From the weight of the fabric to the type of interfacing, we repeatedly adjusted the paper pattern in units of 1 mm. The number of prototypes exceeded 100 , and trial and error was repeated until stacks of paper patterns and piles of prototypes were created.

In particular, the headband core, which is the most particular, is the key to making headbands. Inexpensive mass-produced headbands often come in irregular shapes and are of poor quality, making it difficult to maintain consistent quality.

Therefore, we asked the craftsmen to make a special headband core for our store. Skilled craftsmen who are particular about "genuine" carefully make each product by hand.

In order to gently wrap the child's small head and achieve a comfortable fit that won't hurt even if worn for a long time, we asked for adjustments many times, and we were satisfied with the form. I am truly grateful to the craftsmen who never gave up and thought about how to make it possible, never saying it was impossible even for my detailed request.

There were various conflicts before deciding to stick to quality, but with the desire to create headbands that people would be glad to have met, we continued to pursue products that were satisfactory without compromise. , YINAI HEADBAND was born. I would be very happy if many people could pick it up.
